HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN RIDE AT ONE TIME?
We can sit comfortably five people at one time per golf cart. We can sit up to ten people.
DO YOU HAVE A TICKET INSURANCE PROGRAM?
Then you purchase your excursion select ticket insurance. Please note that for joy rides and tours, you will need to select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all the tickets. Without ticket insurance, all sales are final - no exceptions.

What if I need to alter my booking?
If you need to update your booking for any reason you have until 72 hours prior to your selected tour time and date, including changing the time or cancelling the tour for a full refund. You can contact us by phone or email to make changes if you booked through our website. For bookings done on Viator/Tripadvisor, any other 3rd party agency, please contact their customer support.
What is your refund policy?
Free cancellations up to 7 days prior to your tour for a full refund. In case of inclement weather at the tour site a full refund may be offered. We will contact you in the event of a cancellation being necessary. Any cancellations or alterations will not be honored under 7 days prior to your tour and a refund will not be issued.
Can we drink alcohol or other beverages on the golf carts?
No. Due to a new city ordinance, we are no longer allowed to allow alcohol on any vehicle that is not enclosed.
If you wish to bring any other beverage that is non-alcoholic, feel free!
Am I guaranteed the time that I booked online?
In general, yes. However, in some circumstances we may need to change your tour time. We try to limit this as we know your time is valuable and there are lots of things you want to do while in charlotte, NC!

Our vehicles LSV are 100% street legal meet all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for roadway use.
Are your golf cart Environmentally Friendly?
Our vehicles have 85% lower fuel emissions than a traditional passenger vehicle and
also meet all US and CA Environmentally Emission
How long is the tour?
60 min - 120 min / 1Hr. - 2Hr.
What do we take the tour in?
Golf Cart or Polaris GEM.
Is There Tax?
No Tax from our site. We do charge a process fee. We cannot speak for 3rd party agency.

No. The city of Charlotte, NC will not allow Goldie's Chariot to pay for drinks.
